We have a range of shipping options because of our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Your items are carefully inspected and secured properly prior to shipping. We ship to thousands customers every day across multiple countries. This demonstrates our dedication to become the biggest online retailer in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.
Before shipping, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be used and in its original condition. You must have the item in its original packaging.
